New Chapter

The evening opens with a presentation of the book “The Instagram Archipelago” by Elliot C. Mason. The book, inspired by the work of artist Idan Hayosh, is an essayistic journey through the radical anti-racist and feminist thoughts that underpin Black Studies. Afterwards there will be a dialogue with Lauren Fournier, who identifies the origin of the term self-theory in the same thought. This is followed by a dynamic performance by New Noveta and the musician Vindicatrix, who push social conformity and self-dramatisation to their limits through their practice. The evening will end with saxophonist Benedik Giske, who through music once again explores the potential of his physicality.
