A story about Jodorowsky’s and Tocopilla’s childhood in Chile. Here the little Alejandro’s passion for theater comes to life, through three fundamental events he had the opportunity to witness: the burial of a fireman, an epileptic attack, and a Chinese prince singing.
Jodorowsky’s epiphany on surrealism is also linked to his places and incidents from his childhood. In particular he remembers a symbolic incident of his father angrily throwing two eggs onto a painting and the boy saw two suns rather than eggs.
