Song

Three young blonde women, dressed in Champagne-colored gowns, laying on waves of blue satin sheets fill the hall with their soft singing. Sometimes in a single vocal part and sometimes in a two- or three-part harmony. Their singing echoed in the large space, making it hard to comprehend the lyrics, but they repeated the approximately one-minute long chorus relentlessly.

The refrain is based on a poem by Allen Ginsberg, Song, published in 1954.

However, Kjartansson wrote the music at the spur of the moment and invited his three nieces, to perform.
